Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with the order details.
After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number.
Shipping Timelines
Domestic Shipping (India):
Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days.
Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: Estimated delivery within 5–9 business days.
International Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festivals.
Shipping Charges
Shipping within India: We offer free shipping on all orders.
International Shipping: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Packaging & Safety
All jewellery pieces are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Each product comes with Lumora Jewellery’s brand box to maintain its authenticity and elegance.
In case you receive a tampered or damaged package, please refuse delivery and immediately contact our support team.
Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment anytime using the tracking number provided.
If you face issues in tracking, please reach out to our customer support.
Delays in Delivery
While we always aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, logistic partner delays, or public holidays may affect delivery times.
Lumora Jewellery is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details at the time of checkout.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect/incomplete address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
International Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs regulations vary by country. Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or import fees.
Lumora Jewellery will not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package is handed over to the courier, Lumora Jewellery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
However, we will provide full assistance in coordinating with the logistics partner to resolve the issue.
