Return & Exchange Policy


At Lumora Jewellery, we create each piece with love, precision, and the highest quality standards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our return and exchange guidelines below

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges


You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

It must be returned with the original box, tags, certificates (if any), and packaging.

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:


Earrings, Nose Pins, and other personal-use jewellery.


Items purchased during Sale / Clearance / Special Promotions.


Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery.

Return & Exchange Process


Request Initiation:

within 3 days of receiving your order.


Mention your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

Approval & Pickup:

Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup (where available).

In case reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service.

Inspection & Confirmation:

After we receive the product, our quality team will inspect it.

If approved, the refund/exchange will be processed as per your request.


Refunds


Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as a store credit or bank transfer, as COD payments cannot be directly refunded.


Shipping Charges (if any): Non-refundable.


Exchanges


Exchanges are allowed for products of equal or higher value.

If the new product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.

If the product requested is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.


Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product


In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.


We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in such cases.

Important Notes


Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the request is raised after 3 days of delivery.


Lumora Jewellery reserves the right to reject returns if products do not meet the above conditions.


For international orders, returns/exchanges are not available due to customs restrictions.
